Weight Loss & Muscle Building Lemon Frappe

Purpose

  • Protein powder: Supports muscle strengthening, tissue building, repair, and maintenance.

  • Creatine: studies show that adding creatine and protein, with strength training, helps build lean muscle mass.

  • Tyrosine: An amino acid that supports blood sugar stabilization

Ingredients

6-8 Oz. Of Low-Fat (Unsweetened) vanilla, almond, cashew, or coconut milk

1 Oz. (1 Scoop / 1/3 Cup) Of whey powder or vegetable protein powder

Half Of A Lemon (Rind And All)

2 Tb Of flax Seeds

5mg Creatine

1000 Mg. Tyrosine

Stevia/ monk fruit sweetener to taste

6-8 OZ. Water

Add 4 ice cubes

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in a blender (pills will blend). The lemon rind and seeds will drop to the bottom of the blender so that this mixture will not need to be strained.

Add Ice cubes and sweetener to your liking
